London as a city is major tourist destination, hosts many major sporting and cultural events and is the home of many high net worth individuals.
All of these things combine to help make London a port of call for the owners and users of Super Yachts and these make a stunning addition to the Thames river traffic.
Many of these visitors make the West India Dock their temporary home but St Georges Stairs tier in the Lower Pool is also often used and quite often the visiting yachts make a trip through Tower Bridge to the upper pool to see the sights and for the essential photo opportunity with the iconic London landmarks.
Currently a temporary resident in the lower pool is the brand new yacht Kismet, which has only just completed sea trials – very smart and shiny she looked too even in the damp, dusk, conditions as she passed Gallions Point.
